By downloading, installing, or using Sonarive software or accessing this website, you agree to these terms of service.

License

Sonarive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your laboratory operations. You may install it on multiple machines within your organization based on your subscription plan.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the software only for lawful laboratory management purposes
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Not share your subscription credentials with unauthorized parties
• Maintain appropriate backups of your data

Data Responsibility

Since Sonarive is an offline-first application, you are responsible for backing up your local data. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or other local issues.

Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data remains on your machine regardless of subscription status.

Limitation of Liability

Sonarive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or incorrect results.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
