Sonarive is a desktop application designed with privacy at its core. Your lab data is stored locally on your machine and is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to use online features like report sharing.

When you use the Sonarive web portal (this website), we may collect:

• Basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage)
• Information you voluntarily provide via contact forms

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Patient data from your desktop application
• Test results or lab reports (unless you use online sharing)
• Financial information beyond what's needed for billing

Online Report Sharing

When you share a report online via QR code or link, that specific report data is temporarily stored on our servers to enable viewing. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@sonarive.com.
